How You Opt In
When you drop off your vehicle at Naples Certified Diesel, our service advisor collects your phone number on the intake form. You are asked verbally and on the intake form whether you consent to receive SMS updates about your vehicle and a Google review request after service.
Consent is voluntary. You may decline and still receive service. By providing your phone number and verbally agreeing — or initialing the consent line on the intake form — you are opting in to receive SMS messages from us.
INTAKE FORM DISCLOSURE
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive SMS messages from Naples Certified Diesel, including vehicle status updates and a one-time Google review request after your service is complete. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. Message frequency: 1–2 messages per service visit.
